Service, Repair & Maintenance

ACCREDITATIONS
We are accredited service agents for Prestige Medical and can service most models, including:
  • Prestige Medical 210001
  • Prestige Medical Visage Classic
  • Prestige Medical Visage Vacuum
ON-SITE REPAIRS OR POSTAL REPAIRS
We bring the test equipment and spares to you and complete the service and repairs on your premises, or if more convenient we will arrange collection and delivery of your unit and perform the work in our workshop.

We test and calibrate your equipment to meet Prestige’s original specification and in accordance with their guidelines. Any repairs, adjustments or modifications are carried out and the test results are downloaded to computer. The data is presented in a test report and certificate that you will receive once the work has finished.
ANNUAL EQUIPMENT SERVICE & MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
Carried-out either on-site or in the workshop each year (including twelve months parts and labour warranty).
SERVICE & REPAIRS 
Ad-hoc service and repairs performed either on-site or in the workshop (excluding parts and labour).
WRITTEN SCHEME OF EXAMINATION
We are certified by the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000:128. 
SPARES & ACCESSORIES
We test and repair all leads, spares and accessories that complement each unit.
We stock a large range of spares and accessories for most Prestige models.
QUALITY SERVICE
Designed to reduce your equipment breakdowns, thus resulting in minimal disruption to your business.
TEST CERTIFICATE
We provide a full 'Service Data Report' and a 'Test Certificate'' to meet with insurance and local authority licencing requirements. We also provide 'Service Return Dockets' for faulty equipment in need of return during the contract period.
AFTERCARE SERVICE
We provide full technical support by email or telephone during the contract period.
ON-LINE BOOKING
To book your Service & Repairs Click on 'Service & Spares Shop' select the service and product then 'Buy Now', we will then contact you with booking details. We can also arrange site visits if required (additional charges may apply).
