Delivery & Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch your orders on the same day provided that you ordered before 11am. If you place your order after 11am we will be dispatch the next working day (Not Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays). Therefore, orders placed after 11am on a Thursday will be dispatched on Friday. Orders Placed on Friday after 11am will be dispatched on the following Monday.

We use both Parcelforce & Royal Mail for UK deliveries and Parcelforce for overseas deliveries

We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to third party.

If it becomes apparent that your order has been lost in transit then we will re-send your order at no cost to you after notifying us of the loss by email within 7 days of dispatch.
