If you have a lot of equipment it might be worth considering one of our twelve month Service & Maintenance Contracts, as they could allow you to save money in the long-term and provide you with full peace of mind. If an item requires urgent repairs you can ship it to us and we’ll fix it for free, as it will all be covered by the warranty that our contracts provide.

We can complete the work at our Repair & Service Centre in Macclesfield, arranging to have the necessary equipment collected and delivered. Alternatively, if it’s easier for you, we’re happy to come to your salon and carry out the repair work there. You can book an appointment date in advance, and we’d generally expect it to take half a day to service or repair all the items in a well-stocked salon. You could schedule our visit for a day that you’re closed or, if you prefer, we could come on a normal opening day and do our best to minimise any disruption, working around you and your clients as we service your equipment stock individually.
